Mamlakat will accept, for return or exchange, items that are unworn, unaltered and free of damage if the customer is not satisfied with the size or quality of the dress ordered. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 14 days from the receipt of the original order, Items cannot be refunded after 14 days, however we can alter changes to the dress anytime if needed.
